Country Home Care Services (CHCS) wanted to update and refine their messaging, improve lead generation and expand their prospect profiling. Unpredictable vacancies are the nature of the assisted living industry. Therefore, it was important to consistently have leads lower in the sales funnel as rooms became available for clients. In addition, due to the boutique nature of the facilities, CHCS wanted to maintain more traditional marketing and relational selling strategies. With strong relationships already established within the community, they wanted to remain top-of-mind with existing referral sources, reminding them why CHCS is the best choice for assisted living.
With a solid marketing foundation already established, we rejuvenated messaging to indicate newer points of difference. I created strategic content promoting updated service offerings and improved facilities that are unique (and thereby superior) to any assisted living facilities in the area. By understanding their existing marketing plan, I assisted in identifying and executing new strategies for lead generation through prospect profiling and list development.
The result of Country Home Care Services’ marketing initiatives? Consistently full capacity, very satisfied residents and repeat business from referral sources.
