As a growing nonprofit in the Washington, DC area, Minds, Inc. needed an updated website and refined messaging in order to experience continued growth. Key stakeholders included schools, educators, administrators, volunteers and donors. They sought to increase brand awareness and improve engagement with their brand through web design, messaging and digital marketing.
I collaborated with Minds, Inc. to create a more user-friendly and responsive website design. Included in the design was message development and copy creation that would appeal to users. In addition, I assisted in helping Minds make the most of their Google Ad Grants account (PPC strategy) in order to attract new stakeholders in and around the Washington DC area. The result? A 30% increase in new website visitors, greater user interaction with the website (decreased bounce rate), more donations and more volunteer inquiries. Together we developed a measurably effective digital marketing plan the organization continues to utilize and refine as they grow.
